Who am I?

I’m a medium also known as “Umlamuleli” in vernacular. I mediate between the living and the late. To be given the opportunity to walk amongst and mediate between the spirit and its loved ones is truly and honour and educational journey, even for myself. I’m not a sangoma, nor a prophet but a medium, the difference being I don’t rely on a physical resources or natural minerals like water and bones to connect and deliver a message, I simply rely on my ears and my visions. I’m trained to use my third eye which is equivalent to a spiritual eye. Walking with the spirits one learns that we don’t just die as humans, but rather rise to become stronger and wiser in the spiritual world/realm. Spiritual world is a world filled with wisdom, a world filled with honesty and sincerity, everything in the spiritual world is pure and very disciplined. As people we have different ways of living and different spiritual paths, so do the spirits. People must be aware of using other’s rituals and using them as their own. Spirits have different methods on how one should acknowledge them, meaning what works for the one spirit might not work for the other. My work as a medium is to help people understand their spirits better and know exactly what works for them, in order to avoid unnecessary curses within the family. I truly believe that as humans we were not born to suffer and feel lost, because we are all here for a purpose and our guardians are in existence purely to help guide us to finding the reasons to our existence.
